One of the issues that we had when we applied for our WordCamp was the budget. We all were doing it for the first time and had no idea how much we would need, and what type of surprise expenses will there be.
For that, we took help of other WordCamp organizers and asked them to share their estimate budgets with us. And we want to do the same for all other WordCamp organizers and for the sake of transparency.
